This training is designed for those who feel called to go deeper.

It is for new yoga practitioners who are ready to immerse themselves in a focused four month journey and build a strong foundation from the beginning. It is equally for longtime practitioners who sense there is more to explore beyond what can be experienced in a drop in class.

This program supports individuals who are ready to clear physical, mental, and emotional clutter by reconnecting with their spiritual center. It serves those who are questioning their purpose, moving through a life transition, or feeling the pull toward meaningful change.

It is for yogis who want to refine their alignment, strengthen their practice, and gain a deeper understanding of the “why” behind the movements.

It is also ideal for counselors, nurses, and healthcare professionals who are seeking practical, embodied tools to better support the people they serve.

If you are ready for depth, clarity, and growth, this training was created with you in mind.
